TSP talent is seeking a Civil PE Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects from planning through construction in Milford, CT. The role focuses on coordinating design, permitting, budgeting, and execution while interfacing with clients and stakeholders.

You will oversee design quality, regulatory compliance, and multi-project delivery, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring team collaboration for successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Strong site design experience in civil engineering.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and multiple concurrent projects.
• Solid understanding of code/regulatory requirements and project execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead project planning, design, permitting, budgeting, and construction execution.
• Oversee civil design deliverables and ensure technical quality.
• Coordinate with municipalities, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
• Manage multiple projects and align work with client expectations.
• Mentor and support junior engineers; foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team.
