Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5–20+ years of engineering experience with traffic, transportation, or civil/site projects.
• Experience coordinating with CTDOT, municipalities, and public agencies.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to lead teams and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in traffic and transportation studies, analyses, and design.
• Manage civil/site engineering projects from concept through permitting and construction.
• Coordinate with CTDOT, municipalities, and public stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality control on plans and reports.
• Develop proposals, attend client meetings, and support business development.
