Qualifications

• Current IL professional engineer or IL structural engineer license.
• Six years of civil engineering experience.
• Ability to interpret contract language and plans.

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site inspections and compliance reviews for Highway Improvement Program.
• Compiles information for Investigative Summary Reports and presents findings.
• Develops and delivers presentations on engineering compliance, ethics and fraud awareness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
