Job summary

Penta-Ocean Construction Co., Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager (Civil Projects Support) to steer strategic direction for marine and offshore civil engineering projects. You will lead tendering and proposal strategies, drive growth, ensure strong project governance, and build high-performing regional teams.

You will oversee safety, quality, risk, and budget control while guiding senior engineers and cross-functional groups toward major project wins.

Qualifications

• Minimum 25 years of engineering experience with a Civil Engineering degree.
• At least 10 years managing marine civil works, harbour or marine facilities projects.
• Proven track record in dredging, reclamation, and large-scale marine construction.
• Completed at least one marine project cycle with a contract value around S$400 million as a management member.
• Experience managing Joint Venture (JV) projects.

Responsibilities

• Define mid- to long-term business strategies for marine works and annual plans.
• Lead tendering, bidding strategies, and major proposals in JV structures.
• Provide technical oversight and governance for complex marine projects.
• Develop talent, mentor engineers, and promote safety and compliance.
