Job summary

Haley Ward, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for our Maynard, MA office to lead water and wastewater design projects across municipalities.

You will plan, organize, and control project activities within budgets and schedules while coordinating with teams for QA/QC and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a background in project management, familiarity with hydraulic and hydrology modeling, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in MA is preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Leadership acumen is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, design and control project activities within schedules and budgets.
• Lead design of water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
• Coordinate permitting, construction activities and team collaboration.
• Oversee project design, mentoring, and resource allocation.
• Support business development and cross-selling to strengthen client relationships.
