The ideal candidate has a PE license, BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering, 15+ years of related experience, and strong leadership with AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• Minimum 15 years of related industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to plan, design, and manage municipal infrastructure projects.
• Supervise engineers, technicians, and designers across project stages.
• Prepare agreements detailing scope, schedule, fees and budgets.
