Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional licensure (P.E., L.S. ) in one or more states is preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in roadway design, traffic/transportation engineering for DOT projects.
• Strong understanding of project accounting and ability to manage schedules and budgets for multiple projects.
• Experience in marketing and supervision of technical staff.
• Working knowledge of software used for project support and office tasks.
• Strong professional demeanor and clear client communications.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.
