You will manage multiple projects, coordinate staff, and ensure budgeting, scheduling, and client communications meet expectations.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree (B.S. or M.S.), a P.E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• P.E. license in NC or ability to obtain; cross-state licensure acceptable.
• Minimum 6+ years of civil engineering experience in stormwater.
• Experience in marketing, client development, and leading technical teams.
• Working knowledge of CADD and Civil 3D (Civil 3D preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects and client accounts.
• Market and develop client relationships; cross-sell services.
• Ensure technical quality, profitability, and project schedules.
• Coordinate staff, scopes, fees, and collections as needed.
• Prepare specifications materials using catalogs for materials and payments.
• Work with local governments on TMDL and MS4 compliance.
