Job summary

Timmons Group is seeking a Civil Project Manager/Senior Project Manager specializing in Stormwater to join our Ashburn, VA office. You will lead project teams, develop client accounts, and ensure successful delivery of stormwater design and regulatory work.

The role requires a PE, 6+ years of stormwater experience, and proven ability to manage multiple projects and budgets while marketing services to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Civil Engineering with PE in VA or eligible for VA registration
• 6+ years of civil engineering experience related to Stormwater
• Ability to manage schedules and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of assigned projects and development of client accounts
• Market and develop client relationships, ensure quality, profitability, and timely invoicing
• Coordinate project staff, communicate with clients and the Group Leader, and cross-sell services
• Manage multiple mid-sized projects or larger projects concurrently
• Prepare specifications, materials, and plan sets for project delivery
• Develop design details and plan sets; perform research and objective summaries
• Work with Local Governments on TMDL and MS4 regulatory compliance
