Langan is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineering to lead design, permitting and client development for diverse land development projects. This remote role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across the firm.

You will oversee site/civil design, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion control, SWPPP, and stormwater analyses, while contributing to business development and client relations.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of site/civil engineering experience in land development
• Professional Engineering license
• Strong client development and client management abilities
• Experience in design, grading, drainage, infrastructure and SWPPP

Responsabilidades

• Design and permit residential, institutional, commercial centers, warehouse distribution centers, and mixed-use projects for both public and private clients
• Work closely with office leadership to develop growth plans and ensure staff utilization
• Possess an entrepreneurial demeanor and participate in Business Development activities by developing new clients for the firm and maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Lead site/civil efforts on a variety of project sites including site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control from concept through completion
• Lead storm water management design, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and design and SWPPP preparation
• Demonstrate experience in land development engineering including integration of geotechnical and environmental engineering
• Performs other duties as requested
