Job summary

Josh Pros LLC is hiring a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of public and private projects in a remote/NY environment. You will partner with architects, engineers, landscape architects, surveyors and staff from design concepts through construction administration.

The role requires 10-15+ years of civil engineering experience, NYS PE or EIT preferred, and strong skills in AutoCAD, Civil3D, MicroStation, and HydroCAD.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil or environmental engineering, landscape architecture, or similar.
• 10-15+ years of civil engineering experience.
• NYS PE or EIT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design work for civil projects including site design and stormwater.
• Prepare and review drawings, reports, cost estimates, and calculations.
• Ensure budgets and timelines; coordinate with other managers.
• Coordinate, delegate, and review work of junior designers; mentor staff.
• Establish relationships with government agencies, contractors, and clients.
• Conduct site visits and monitor progress on projects.
• Oversee billing, client updates, QA/QC, and project closeout.
• Support proposal development, scope definition, and fee estimates.
