Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil Engineering / Civil-related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in site development.
• Site, Highway, Drainage and Utility Design experience.
• Water/wastewater experience a plus.
• Experience in conducting board and client meetings for small- to moderate-sized projects, a must
• Experienced in land use and municipal approvals.
• Experienced in preparation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3-D
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Experienced in preparing project submissions and related documents/forms.
• PE preferred

Responsibilities

• Understand and create full sets of construction documents, including specifications
• Develop cost estimates
• Coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team to execute projects
• Provide construction administrative services
