Josh Pros LLC is seeking a talented project manager to lead our transportation team in civil roadway design, focusing on Illinois, Indiana, and Texas.

This role offers hybrid work, opportunities to oversee project scopes, budgets, schedules, and client liaison across national transportation projects.

The ideal candidate will have a PE license, 8+ years of pavement and roadway design experience, Civil 3D skills, and a proven track record in mentoring staff and winning proposals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 8+ years of civil roadway design experience required.
• Civil 3D proficiency required.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• Ability to manage projects and staff across multiple offices.

Responsabilidades

• Civil engineering plan review and development.
• Project oversight, budgets and schedules.
• Client liaison and responsible for proposals.
• Technical writing and proposal support.
• Staff management and mentoring.
• Business development support and cross-office coordination.
• Coordinate transportation projects in IL, IN and TX.
• Lead design and delivery of roadways, trails and intersections.
