Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Civil Site Engineering projects across residential, institutional, industrial, and commercial sectors. The role emphasizes coordination of design teams, budgets, and client relationships to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will mentor staff, drive business development, and ensure project plans align with timelines and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders across regions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with PE license or ability to obtain PE.
• 10+ years of Civil Site Engineering experience (residential, institutional, industrial, commercial).
• Experience with land development, site design, and permitting processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/hydraulic modeling tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project management for land development and site design efforts.
• Balance workload and manage staff in a deadline-driven environment.
• Provide vision in project management and promote business development.
• Ensure quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery; monitor budgets and invoicing.
• Mentor staff and develop teams; build and maintain client relationships.
