Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with civil engineering degree.
• Extensive experience managing land-development projects from planning to construction.
• Strong knowledge of local codes, permitting, and regulatory processes.
• Excellent leadership and client coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead and supervise engineering staff and delegate tasks.
• Design and review grading, drainage, paving, and utility systems.
• Prepare construction plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate permitting with municipalities and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee risk assessment and issue resolution.
