Job summary

Ascendo Resources seeks a Civil Engineering Project Manager (P.E.) in the Orlando area to lead land development projects, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and agencies. You will oversee design, permitting, and construction phases with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires a PE license, 5+ years of civil site experience, and strong CAD/AutoCAD Civil 3D skills. Travel to local project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum 5 years of civil site and drainage experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdepartmental teams to complete projects on time and to specs.
• Conduct cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor.
• Prepare budgets and manage permitting with agencies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
