Fehr Graham in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager to lead municipal infrastructure projects and ensure success from proposal through delivery.

You will serve as the primary client contact, manage project teams including staff and subconsultants, and drive business development, client relations and contract execution while upholding our core values and delivering results.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of civil engineering experience with municipal infrastructure.
• Experience at a consulting firm or municipality.
• Proven ability in business development and client management.
• Strong understanding of water, wastewater, stormwater and roads.
• PE license and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to contact for clients, ensuring needs are met with professionalism.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships and prepare proposals, contracts and presentations.
• Oversee projects to ensure success and deliver results with staff and subconsultants.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing and quality issues across projects.
• Lead project teams and manage invoicing and accounts follow-up.
• Ensure documentation and confidentiality per company standards.
• Lead cross-disciplinary efforts to cross-market services.
