Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in civil/municipal projects.
• Professional engineering licensure (PE) required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for municipal projects and manage schedules/budgets.
• Lead QA/QC activities for junior staff and guide CAD technicians on design.
• Allocate staff and resources across multiple offices.
• Cultivate client relationships and prepare statements of qualifications, proposals, and contracts.
• Manage and follow up on invoicing and accounts receivable.
