Job summary

Fehr Graham Engineering & Environmental in Sheboygan, WI seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects for municipal infrastructure. You’ll be the primary client contact, oversee project delivery, and drive proposals, contracts and presentations to win work.

With 15+ years in civil engineering and a PE license, you’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure quality while developing client relationships and growth opportunities at our Midwest firm

Qualifications

• 15+ years of civil engineering experience with municipal infrastructure focus
• PE license and active engagement with municipal systems
• Proven track record in business development and winning work
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Be the primary client contact and ensure client needs are met with precision and professionalism
• Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts and presentations to win work
• Oversee projects to ensure successful delivery and profitability
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing and quality control across projects
• Lead project teams including staff and subconsultants
• Invoice clients and manage accounts payable/receivable explanations
• Maintain client confidentiality and documentation standards
• Perform root cause analysis for project write-offs and ensure quality control
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and team
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple disciplines cross-market services
