Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5–7 years of municipal project management experience.
• PM certification preferred and professional licensure in the discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present proposals and reports.

Responsibilities

• Be the main client contact, ensuring needs are met with professionalism.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts and presentations.
• Lead project teams including staff and subconsultants to successful outcomes.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing and quality control across projects.
• Manage invoicing and client communications, maintaining confidentiality.
