What You’ll Do

Business Development & Client Growth (Primary Focus)

• Develop and expand relationships with municipalities, local agencies, and public/private sector clients.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
• Lead proposal development, presentations, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of municipal work.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and position the firm for long‑term partnerships.

Project Management & Delivery

• Manage the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams across disciplines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with permitting and regulatory requirements.

Leadership & Strategy

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Support strategic growth initiatives in the municipal market.
• Contribute to revenue growth through project delivery and new client acquisition.

What It Takes

• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on municipal infrastructure.
• Background working with a consulting firm or municipality.
• Proven experience in business development, client management, or winning work.
