Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering project design and management.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationships.
• Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and California regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships; participate in business development and marketing.
• Lead project teams; mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analyses for projects.
• Collaborate with contractors and regulators to ensure project success.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, specs, and reports.
