The ideal candidate holds a PE license, has 10+ years of delivery experience, and excels at client relations, mentoring staff, and delivering practical, compliant solutions that meet project goals while advancing the firm's collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license required and/or in process.
• 10+ years civil engineering experience with project management.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and PM tools.
• Strong leadership, communication and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, permitting, and execution of civil projects.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets and staffing to ensure outcomes.
• Oversee performance and resolve challenges through lifecycle.
• Coordinate with teams, clients, consultants and agencies.
• Provide technical leadership and review calculations and reports.
• Ensure designs comply with codes and standards.
