The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, a California PE license, and 6+ years of project design and management experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office. The role includes leadership, mentoring, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 6+ years of relevant civil engineering project design and management experience.
• California PE license required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for advanced civil design engineering.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead project design and development of civil engineering projects (site planning, grading, drainage, utilities).
• Oversee engineering calculations and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other tools.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to align with client goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and permitting in coordination with regulatory agencies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Ensure design quality and regulatory compliance; apply industry best practices.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery.
