Job summary

Kimley-Horn's Harrisburg, PA office is seeking a Project Manager, Civil Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join their Land Development team. This is not a remote position.

You will perform site development engineering and project management tasks for residential and commercial projects, leading land development site designs and coordinating with clients, jurisdictions, and contractors. Strong technical, budgeting, and permitting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering design experience.
• P.E. license or able to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with site civil design, permitting, and related software.

Responsibilities

• Perform site development engineering and project management tasks for residential and commercial projects.
• Lead land development site designs and coordinate with clients, jurisdictions, and contractors.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress; oversee quality standards and team workload.
• Prepare bid packages and technical specifications and support permitting for land disturbance.
