Job summary

Kimley-Horn's Harrisburg, PA office is seeking a Project Manager, Civil Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join their Land Development team. This is not a remote position.

You will lead site development projects, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients, jurisdictions, and a team of engineers and designers to deliver value-driven land development solutions, including residential and commercial projects, in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant engineering design experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) License or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with site civil design, permitting, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydrology modeling.
• Experience with task management and project management tasks.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, attend meetings, and ensure quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and construction document drafting.
• Design experience including utilities, site layout, drainage, and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Perform site development engineering and project management tasks for residential and commercial projects
• Projects will include a variety of land development site designs
• Assist in monitoring project progress, budgets, and schedules
• Work with engineers and designers on a variety of projects
• Develop internal and external professional relationships
• Collaborate with jurisdictions and contractors
