Job summary

Kimley-Horn's Warrenville, IL office is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our Land Development team. This is not a remote position.

You will perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects, coordinating with clients, jurisdictions, and contractors while managing budgets and schedules. A PE license (or within 12 months) and AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering design experience in land development.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with site civil design, permitting and related software.

Responsibilities

• Perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects.
• Work on a variety of land development site designs and bid packages.
• Coordinate with clients, jurisdictions, and contractors; monitor budgets and schedules.
• Assist in staff coordination, cost estimating, and permitting for land disturbance.
