Job summary

SOLTESZ in Lanham, MD is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead civil engineering and land development teams. You will manage projects from initiation to completion, mentor engineers and designers, and develop strong client relationships while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer license in Maryland
• 10+ years of civil/land development experience
• 5+ years of staff management
• Strong project management and client service skills

Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering and land development projects from initiation through completion
• Primary point of contact for clients and ensure high-quality service
• Lead, supervise, and mentor engineers, designers, and project staff
• Coordinate staff workloads and project priorities
• Oversee schedules, budgets, profitability, and invoicing
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates
• Provide coaching and recognition to team members
• Collaborate with leadership to support company goals
• Build client relationships and assist business development
