Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting in Dover, Delaware seeks a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead land development and infrastructure initiatives. You will manage drawings, specifications, contracts, and client coordination from planning through completion.

Required are a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, a PE or willingness to obtain a DE license within six months, and 8+ years in civil PM with proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license required or willing to obtain DE license within 6 months of employment.
• 8+ years of civil engineering and project management experience.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and HydroCAD.
• Experience in Land Development.

Responsibilities

• Development of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Oversee Land Development projects, Commercial and Residential.
• Manage paving, drainage, grading, water & wastewater scopes.
• Lead and mentor engineers, drive problem solving in a team.
• Coordinate with clients and attend client meetings.
• Plan and oversee all technical and financial project aspects.
