Job summary

Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC in the United States seeks a Project Manager to lead design teams in land development, stormwater, water and sanitary sewer design, and regulatory permitting. You will manage projects, budgets, schedules, and client relationships to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 7+ years of site engineering experience, and PE licensure within one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 7+ years' experience in Civil Site Engineering (residential, institutional, industrial, and/or commercial site design and permitting).
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration required (or ability to obtain PE license within 1 year of employment).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Project management in land development, stormwater, water and sanitary sewer design, and erosion control.
• Manage team assignments and balance workload in a deadline-driven environment.
• Provide vision and guidance in project management.
• Drive growth and promote business development.
• Quality control and permitting of regulatory agencies.
• Mentor and develop staff; manage client relationships.
• Prepare proposals and presentations to boards and agencies.
• Lead projects to ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery.
