Job summary

Primoris Energy Services - Civil Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead civil construction within the energy sector. You will plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and safety standards.

Responsibilities include directing multi-disciplinary teams, managing budgets, communicating with clients, and reporting milestones. Travel to project sites is expected; PMP is highly preferred and experience with large-scale pipelines and power facilities is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive project management experience in civil construction, energy sector preferred.
• Track record of managing complex projects over $5 million.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Lead and motivate project teams to foster collaboration and productivity.
• Oversee all phases from pre-construction through closeout in energy infrastructure projects.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resources.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations and issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project reports on finances, schedule, and milestones.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct post-project reviews and implement continuous improvement.
