Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive PM experience in civil construction, with energy sector focus.
• Track record managing complex civil projects >$5 million.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and energy infrastructure standards.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
