Job summary

Primoris Energy Services in Louisiana is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple energy construction projects from initiation to close-out. You will manage scopes, budgets, and schedules while directing project teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 5–7 years of PM experience in energy construction, proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, and a degree in Construction Management or Engineering. Travel to sites is expected; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive project management experience in energy construction.
• PMP certification is a plus; ability to lead multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules for multiple energy projects.
• Lead project teams including superintendents and field personnel, fostering collaboration.
• Serve as primary client contact, manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors, ensure compliance.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare status reports for senior management; manage change orders and close-out.
