Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
• Current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card, or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal preparation and client presentations.
• Maintain client contact and develop future opportunities.
• Develop project teams and assign duties.
• Create and monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Monitor progress and identify risks.
• Prepare project documentation and deliverables.
• Provide strategic direction to project teams.
• Mentor junior staff and support staff development.
