Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 8 years of engineering experience in heavy civil construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages design firms on Design-Build and Bid-Build projects.
• Analyzes design changes and value engineering opportunities.
• Mentors, coaches, provides feedback and evaluates the performance of engineers.
• Assists with management of project resource availability/efficiency.
• Provides project decision making/leadership in the absence of a Project Manager.
