Job summary

LJA Land Development in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to interpret, organize, and coordinate civil engineering projects with high impact. You will lead teams, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.

This role requires 10+ years in commercial/industrial civil site design, a PE license, and strong leadership. You will collaborate across disciplines and drive both project execution and business development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of post-graduate experience in commercial and industrial civil site design.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Experience in managing other engineers and projects.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and directs large engineering projects with complex features.
• Supervision of engineering and support personnel.
• Analyze project scope, RFPs and proposals; organize work and procedures.
• Develop and monitor design schedules to meet objectives.
• Develop and monitor client budgets and schedules.
• Lead a team as a senior project manager and manage client relations.
• Support business development, proposals and project management.
