The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, PE license, 10+ years of site/civil experience in the region, and strong client management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required; PE license preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of local site/civil engineering experience with land development.
• Strong client development and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D; active professional involvement encouraged.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail‑oriented with analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and permit residential, institutional, commercial centers, warehouses, and mixed‑use developments for public and private clients.
• Lead site/civil efforts from concept through completion, including grading, drainage, and infrastructure.
• Oversee storm water management design and SWPPP preparation; ensure compliance and quality.
• Drive business development by cultivating new clients and maintaining existing relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop growth plans and staff utilization; support proposals.
