Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• 8+ years of experience across all phases of civil engineering projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California required.
• Proficiency in CAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Designers and Project Managers to lead civil design from concept to construction.
• Plan, design, and develop civil engineering solutions with multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare and oversee schematic design through construction documentation.
• Support construction administration, respond to RFIs and review submittals.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to professional growth.
