Qualifications

• Active CA Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D required.
• Strong understanding of site design, grading, drainage, and utilities.
• Familiarity with local agencies and permitting processes.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary design and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of civil engineering projects from planning to completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate schematic design through construction documents for technical accuracy.
• Mentor and support designers and engineers to promote technical excellence and growth.
