Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in structural or architectural engineering.
• Structural Engineering (SE) license required.
• 10+ years of technical design experience.
• Experience using ETABS, SAP, SAFE, RAM and RISA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of engineers in structural design and retrofit projects.
• Collaborate with other design disciplines and clients to ensure lasting community impact.
• Plan, monitor and coordinate work of structural project teams.
• Oversee project Quality Control/Quality Assurance.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing, motivated team.
• Mentor team members for professional and personal growth.
• Contribute to process improvements to improve efficiency.
