LPA is an integrated design firm seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join our California and Texas studios. You will collaborate with Project Designers and Managers to lead civil design from concept through construction on a broad range of projects, including public and educational facilities.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Civil Engineering, 8+ years experience, a California PE, and proficiency in CAD and Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multidisciplinary project teams to plan, design, and develop civil engineering solutions.
• Contribute to overall project strategy, schedules, and coordination to support project success.
• Prepare and oversee documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Support construction administration efforts, including responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
• Actively participate in professional organizations and contribute to the advancement of the profession.
