Job summary

Rick Engineering Company seeks a Project Engineer/Manager in Riverside, CA to lead a multi-disciplinary team on landmark projects. The role requires a BSCE and CA PE registration (or ability to obtain within 6 months) with 6–12 years of experience (or 12–15 years equivalent).

You will manage schedules, budgets, contracts and client interactions, guiding design and field coordination while delivering quality solutions for public projects.

Qualifications

• BSCE degree and CA PE registration or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum 6–12 years relevant experience; or 12–15 years equivalent in the industry.
• Three years minimum of management experience supervising technical staff.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills in project delivery.
• Experience in client/public-agency interactions and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction documents and contracts.
• Oversee construction support and field coordination.
