This role emphasizes management of contracts, schedules, and budgets, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with clients, public agencies, and in-house staff. A BSCE and CA PE (or eligibility within six months) are required, plus 5–12 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• BSCE degree and CA PE registration or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 5–10 years relevant experience; or 8–12 years in the industry.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervision, and project management abilities.
• Experience managing contracts, schedules, budgets, and client/public-agency interactions.
• Knowledge of CA codes, standards, and regional regulations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction documents and contracts.
• Oversee construction support and field coordination.
• Manage project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work.
• Lead design and support staff and coordinate with clients and public agencies.
• Demonstrate constructability reviews and engineering direction.
