Job summary
GLHN Architects & Engineers, Inc. is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer with strong project leadership to prepare complete design documents and provide expert civil engineering input for multidiscipline projects.
You will act as a technical spokesperson and client liaison, coordinating pricing, scope and design options. The role requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, a registered professional engineer license, and at least seven years of related experience, with proficiency in MS
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Registered Professional Engineer license is required.
- Minimum of 7 years' related experience and proficiency with MS Office and project tools.
Responsibilities
- Prepare complete design documents and provide civil design expertise under supervision.
- Serve as primary technical spokesperson and client contact for projects.
- Coordinate pricing, scoping and marketing strategies for proposed projects.
- Develop design computations and quantity estimates for civil works.
- Direct and supervise designers and junior staff on multidiscipline projects.
- Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance with plans.
