Job summary

GLHN Architects & Engineers is seeking a licensed architect to provide project leadership on multi-discipline projects in Arizona. You will work with clients to define scope, budget, and schedule, prepare proposals, and coordinate with department managers to shape teams and consultant needs.

The role emphasizes design, PM, technical production, and construction administration. Applicants should hold a degree in architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and have about 10 years of broad-spectrum

Qualifications

Registered Architect, or ability to obtain licensure within 12 months.
Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
10 years of broad-spectrum experience in architecture, including design, project management, technical production, estimating and construction administration.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and project scheduling software; knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit drawing software.

Responsibilities

Provide project leadership and expertise on multi-discipline projects.
Collaborate with discipline leads, team members, and consultants through all phases.
Define project scope, budget and schedule with clients; prepare proposals.
Coordinate with Department Managers to define team structure and consultant needs.
Monitor progress to ensure deliverables meet budget and quality standards.
