Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. is seeking a Civil Project Engineer (Engineer IV) in the Lehigh Valley (Allentown) office to lead land development design, permitting, and project oversight.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and engineers to deliver high-quality site plans for mixed-use, healthcare, retail, and residential developments. The role requires strong technical skills in grading, drainage, and stormwater management with AutoCAD Civil3D, plus excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in land development.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to lead and deliver site design and permitting.
• Perform grading, utilities, stormwater management, and reporting.
• Prepare NPDES permitting documents and PCSM/ESPC plans.
• Design and review grading, drainage, and utility plans.
• Conduct hydrology and earthwork calculations using AutoCAD Civil3D.
