Job summary

Ardurra Group is seeking a Project Civil Engineer to lead land development efforts, overseeing grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

You will manage client relationships, mentor staff, and identify business opportunities in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting. Remote work is allowed for Idaho residents, with strong regional collaboration across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 3–5+ years of site design and permitting experience.
• EIT certification in Washington or Idaho or PE license.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple land development projects from planning to design.
• Prepare utility plans and profiles, grading plans, roadway plans.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and design teams regularly.
• Support construction administration during project execution.
