Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Senior Civil Project Engineer-Land Development to join our Civil Practice in the Atlanta area (Marietta or Buford). The role focuses on site design, planning, permitting, and construction oversight for leading land development projects.

You will mentor junior engineers, lead design teams, and collaborate with urban planners and landscape architects to deliver compliant, high‑quality solutions for major clients in the greater Atlanta region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program or equivalent.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
• 8+ years' related work experience.
• Proven proficiency utilizing various computer software packages for engineering design.

Responsibilities

• Full technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating engineering assignments on major projects.
• Plan, organize, and supervise design engineering activities for large projects or several projects of moderate size.
• Lead aspects of proposal teams and research teams.
• Provide direction and mentorship for junior engineers and the design team.
