Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Group Leader for Land Development/Civil Engineering to guide a senior team crafting site layouts, utilities, drainage, and permitting for municipal and private clients.

You will lead project delivery, mentor staff, manage budgets and schedules, and strengthen relationships with local government agencies while delivering innovative, sustainable land development solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• PE license in GA is highly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of directly applicable experience.
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork.
• Comfort with AutoCAD and Civil3D or similar design software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate operations of the Georgia Land Development Group.
• Coordinate tasks, motivate team members, foster communication, and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and quality of projects within the group.
• Proven experience in proposal writing to obtain work.
• Maintain strong relationships with local municipalities/agencies in Georgia.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for projects.
• Recruit and supervise staff as needed.
