This senior role emphasizes technical excellence in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, mentoring junior staff, and clear client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in site development, design of subdivisions, utilities and public works.
• ABET-accredited degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• CA PE license highly preferred; strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills.

Responsibilities

• Project design for site development and grading/ drainage plans.
• Utilities design for water and sewer systems and reports.
• Master planning studies, specs, and cost estimates.
• Project management support: budgets, schedules, client care, invoicing.
• Team collaboration, design support, and quality control.
• Roadway/streets final design: plan, profile, cross sections.
